Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Sutekka web application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Sutekka, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us").

Sutekka is a trading journal that lets you log, track, and analyze trading activity across stocks, options, futures, forex, and crypto. It includes trade logging, analytics dashboards, performance tracking, shareable stickers, journaling, and related features.

You need an account to use most features. By creating one, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if anything changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

The Service has a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro tier with the full feature set. Pro is billed via Stripe at the rates displayed at checkout.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You can cancel any time from Settings → Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid plans
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ prior notice; new prices apply to renewals after that notice

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Engage in market manipulation, fraud, or any illegal trading activity using the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization

The Service — including its design, code, graphics, logos, characters, and content (excluding user-generated content) — is owned by Sutekka, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of any trading data, notes, screenshots, and content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your trading data to third parties.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUTEKKA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Account, or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for material violation of these Terms or extended inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will handle your data per the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — disclaimers, limits of liability, intellectual property — do survive.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sutekka and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree to a change, stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

• Entire agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Sutekka.
• Severability — If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stay in full force.
• Waiver — Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment — You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
